  • CORENothing but core training! This 30 minute class is devoted to strengthening your core and sculpting your waist line.     with David

    David is always eager to apply his knowledge and techniques learned into the real world after completing his course. He specialises in building muscle mass through proper nutrition and the correct training regime, whilst also reducing body fat percentage.

  • Group PT*Our Group Training Sessions are perfect for those who want the benefits of having a Personal Trainer and like training in a group. You will be more likely to stick to your training, get extra support and encouragement, learn and develop proper technique.   • HIIT ITHIIT stands for high intensity interval training, so this class is based on this type of training. HIIT training is proven to accelerate improvements in fitness and also boosts your Basal Metabolic Rate – meaning you will not only burn a monster amount of calories in this session, but you will also burn more calories while resting at home! Expect short sets and quick change overs in this fast paced session that will have your heart racing and your muscles on fire!

  • SUPERCHARGEThis class will give you the supercharge you need to reach your fitness goals! Expect to work every muscle in the body in this high intensity session. Supercharge will mostly include exercises that work multiple muscles at once, meaning you are torching more calories and improving your fitness and overall strength and conditioning. Expect to use our sleds, slam balls, rowers, assault bikes and more in this results based session. Requirements: Maximum Class Capacity is 16 Class Level: Intermediate - Advanced   with Ayden

    Ayden has been a Martial Arts Practitioner for 15 years. Having a strong background in this area of sport, Ayden draws upon teachings from the various styles of Martial Arts including: Kyokukan Karate, Kickboxing and Muay Thai, and utilises them in his fitness programs and classes to attain lifelong results for his clients. He is also experienced in: Strength Training, Weight Loss Transformation, Muscle Building and creating Tailor-Made Programs for all clients. Qualifications:
    • Certificate III of Fitness

His passions of the fitness world are: Teaching clients the correct, safe, and most beneficial ways to train, Strength Training and conditioning and creating programs for sports athletes and weight loss clients.
